ArgusLogs: free with a license key

Dynatrace: ingestion & infrastructure-based model
- Pricing — Host Units (RAM-sized host hours) + Davis Data Units (metrics, logs, traces, events).
- Cost driver — Scales with usage; high traffic can spike billing.
- Hidden costs — SaaS egress, retention surcharges, sampling/filtering overhead to control spend.
- Predictability — Low without active truncation and sampling.
WAF: edge network model
- Pricing — AWS WAF-style (Web ACL + rules + per-million requests) or CDN tiers (e.g. Cloudflare) + bandwidth limits.
- Cost driver — Inbound requests, active rules, and traffic volume.
- Hidden costs — Custom rules, blocked-request log storage, DDoS inspection spikes.
- Predictability — Moderate; tied to web traffic and campaigns.
